This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription services on FootLove to prevent future recurring charges. We want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for our users.

Subscription Services

FootLove offers subscription-based services that involve recurring billing. When you subscribe to our services:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You will be charged the then-current subscription fee unless you cancel before the next billing date
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. We offer multiple convenient ways to cancel:

Method 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

  1. Log into your FootLove account
  2. Go to your Account Settings
  3. Navigate to the Subscription section
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Method 2: Email Cancellation

Send an email to anna@joinfootlove.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your request to cancel the subscription
  • The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We will process email cancellation requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

Method 3: CCBill Consumer Support

For payments processed through CCBill, you can also contact CCBill's Consumer Support department directly:

Important Cancellation Information

⚠️ Timing Matters

  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription features until your current period expires
  • Last-minute cancellations on the billing date may not prevent the next charge

After Cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled:

  • You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation
  • No future charges will be made to your payment method
  • You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account and content will remain active unless you choose to delete your account separately
  • You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind

Refund Policy

Please note that:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods
  • Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
  • In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
