Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern content creators and providers ("Content Providers") who upload, share, or distribute content on the FootLove platform ("Platform"). By creating content for or uploading content to the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Content Provider Responsibilities

As a FootLove Content Provider, I agree to the following:

• Any prohibited activity, illegal or otherwise violates standards, shall not be used in any manner on the site
• Written consent will be obtained by influencer and kept on record of all persons depicted in the content specific to:
  • Consent to be depicted in the content
  • Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to your site
  • If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, consent to have the content downloaded
  • Verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults (18+) and be able to provide supporting documents upon request

Content Standards and Compliance

All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with our content policies and applicable laws. Content Providers are responsible for ensuring that:

• All content is original or you have proper rights and permissions
• Content does not violate any intellectual property rights
• Content adheres to Platform community guidelines
• Content does not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, or NSFW content
• Content does not promote illegal activities or harmful behavior

Age Verification and Documentation

Content Providers must maintain comprehensive documentation for all persons depicted in their content, including:

• Government-issued photo identification verification
• Signed consent forms from all depicted individuals
• Proof of age verification (18+ years minimum)
• Model release forms where applicable
• Records must be maintained for at least 7 years and provided upon Platform request

Consent Requirements

Before uploading any content featuring other individuals, Content Providers must obtain and maintain written consent that includes:

• Depiction Consent: Clear agreement to be featured in the content
• Distribution Consent: Permission for public sharing and platform upload
• Download Consent: If applicable, agreement for content to be downloadable by users
• Revocation Rights: Understanding of how consent can be withdrawn

Platform Rights and Content Licensing

By uploading content to the Platform, Content Providers grant FootLove:

• A non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content
• Rights to moderate, review, and remove content as necessary
• Permission to use content for Platform promotional purposes
• Right to monetize content through Platform's virtual currency system

Revenue Sharing and Payments

Content Providers participating in the Platform's monetization features agree to:

• Platform's revenue sharing structure and payment terms
• Provide accurate tax information and documentation
• Comply with applicable tax reporting requirements
• Understand that earnings are subject to Platform fees and processing charges

Content Removal and Appeals

The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or Platform policies. Content Providers may:

• Appeal content removal decisions through official channels
• Request review of moderation actions
• Voluntarily remove their own content at any time
• Contact support for content-related questions or concerns

Prohibited Content and Activities

Content Providers are strictly prohibited from uploading or engaging in:

• Content featuring minors or individuals under 18 years of age
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or NSFW material
• Content promoting prostitution, escort services, or sexual services
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Account Termination

Violations of this Agreement may result in:

• Content removal and account warnings
• Temporary suspension of content upload privileges
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of pending payments or earnings
• Legal action where appropriate

Legal Compliance and Reporting

Content Providers acknowledge that:

• Platform cooperates with law enforcement as required by law
• Violations may be reported to appropriate authorities
• Platform maintains logs and records for compliance purposes
• Content Providers are responsible for their own legal compliance

Amendments and Updates

This Agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in Platform policies or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to registered Content Providers
• Platform announcements and notifications
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By uploading content to the FootLove Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Content Provider Agreement, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You certify that you will comply with all requirements set forth herein and understand the consequences of violations.
